(Night of 1/18- 1/19):

Good morning, La Habra. From last night’s patrol log here is today’s briefing.

1- ARREST: At about 6:47PM officers were dispatched to the 1000 block of N. Harbor Blvd. on a family disturbance. One of the persons involved was reported to have a knife and possibly under the influence of narcotics. Upon officers’ arrival the person was contacted. It was believed he was under the influence and a record’s check revealed that the person had a no bail warrant. He was arrested and after being medically cleared, he was transported to OC Jail.

2- ARREST: At about 8:57PM officers were dispatched to the area of Imperial Hwy/ Beach Blvd. on a possible DUI driver swerving in and out of lanes. The driver was contacted in the area of Imperial Hwy/ Cypress St. and the officer conducted a DUI investigation. The driver was subsequently arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol.

(Night of 1/15 – 1/16):

Hello, La Habra. From last night’s patrol log, here is today’s briefing.

1- ARREST: At about 5:35PM, we were called to La Habra High School for a strong-armed robbery . The victim (juvenile) was pushed off a skateboard, and the suspect (a juvenile) demanded his cellphone and password. The suspect was located, and the investigation resulted in an arrest for robbery.

2- ARREST: At about 7:16PM, we were called to 1610 W. Imperial Hwy. for suspicious activity (possible fraud). The information to us included information on a vehicle associated with a person of interest inside the location. The investigation resulted in an arrest for a warrant.

3- ARREST: At about 8:23PM, we were called to 1610 W. Imperial Hwy. for shoplifting. The investigation resulted in an arrest for petty theft and a drug related charge.

4- ARREST: At about 8:27PM, we were called to the 100 block of west La Habra Blvd. for a person disturbing the peace. The person was located and the investigation resulted in the person’s arrest for being drunk in public..

5- ARREST: At about 12:15AM, we were contacted by Covina Police regarding a possible kidnapping that occurred in our city (the victim was then in their jurisdiction. The investigation resulted in a suspect’s arrest for kidnapping.

(Night of 1/14- 1/15):

Good morning, La Habra. Here is today’s briefing from last night’s patrol log.

1- INVESTIGATION: At about 8:10PM, an officer located a stolen vehicle parked in the area of Whittier Blvd./ Laura. The vehicle was kept under surveillance for a while. After a period of no activity the vehicle was recovered.

2- ARREST: At about 8:24PM, an officer was in the area of the 1800 block of E Whittier Blvd. when he saw a bicyclist fall over. The officer contacted the bicyclist and later arrested him for being intoxicated in public.

3- ARREST: At about 10:45PM, an officer contacted 2 pedestrians in the area of Harbor Blvd./ 3rd Ave. After an investigation, one pedestrian was arrested for being in possession of drug paraphernalia and an outstanding warrant. The second pedestrian was arrested for being in possession of narcotics and an outstanding warrant.

4- ARREST: At about 2:46AM, an officer saw a vehicle leaving the area of Whittier Blvd./Laura (where the stolen vehicle was recovered.) A traffic stop was made on the vehicle. After an investigation the two occupants were arrested for parole violations.

5- MEDICAL AID: At about 3:33AM officers were dispatched to an unknown trouble regarding a person with a knife. The person was located and brought back to the station. The CAT team responded and the person was placed on a 5150 hold.

(Night of 1/11- 1/12):

Good morning, La Habra. From last night’s patrol log here is today’s briefing.

1- ARREST: At about 5:16PM an officer made a traffic stop in the area of Sunset/Erna Ave. During the investigation, the driver was found to be in possession of approximately 2 pounds of Marijuana. He was arrested for being in possession, and sales of Marijuana.

2- ARREST: About 2:11AM, an officer made a traffic stop on Henderson Way. After an investigation, the driver was arrested for DUI.
