MISSING: Robert was last seen by his child’s mother on Friday, December 01, 2017 at approximately 11:00 p.m., at a residence in the 9100 block of Hartwell. He left the location to get food and has not been seen, or heard from since.

Robert is a 39-year old black male, 6’- 0″, heavy build. He was last seen wearing all black clothing, driving a green 2000 Ford Explorer.

Robert Rice uses a cane when he walks. He is in good mental condition.
