On April 13 Sgt. Kurt Meyer retired from the Racine Police Department after 28 years of dedicated service. Sgt. Meyer was hired in April of 1990. Sgt. Meyer served the department in many capacities before being promoted to Investigator in 2001. Sgt. Meyer was then promoted to Sergeant in 2014. Sgt. Meyer will be missed by the Department and we wish him well in his retirement.
